I recently went to work at the Waikiki store and saw a teru teru bozu on the desk.
\nTeruteru Bozu means Sunny Doll.
\nIn Japan, when we wish for good weather, we hang a handmade doll called a Teru Teru Bozu.<\/p>\n

It was rainy, windy, and cold in Hawaii not long ago, so the Waikiki staff made this to wish for sunshine \ud83d\ude02.
\nThis indescribable expression heals the busy reception lol.<\/p>\n

What is the temperature in Hawaii now? ~On March ~<\/h3>\n

Hawaii is often thought of as having an everlasting summer,
\nHowever, there is a wet season and a dry season, and the days can be chilly, and this year was especially cold.
\nMarch is the rainy season, and the number of rainy days increases.
\nSo we made a wish on the teru teru bozu at the beginning of this article!
\nBut actually, massage shops are surprisingly crowded on rainy days.
\nThe reason is that in Hawaii, there are many people who enjoy activities such as ocean and hiking,
\nIf the weather is bad, tourists can’t go out to those places,
\nSo, they enjoy shopping and massages more.
\nI wish it would be sunny, but as a store we are thankful for it…it’s a bit of a problem \ud83d\ude02.<\/p>\n

When is the dry season and when is the rainy season?<\/h3>\n

The rainy season (winter) is from November to April,
\nThe dry season (summer) is from May to October,
\nLiving in Hawaii, you can clearly feel the difference between these seasons.<\/p>\n

During the rainy season, the minimum temperature is around 20 degrees Celsius, and this year it was cold, often reaching 18 degrees in the mornings and evenings.
\nPeople here and there are wearing light down jackets from Uniqlo…
\nI was also walking around in a thick sweatshirt.
\nThe maximum temperature is around 27 degrees Celsius, but the humidity is low, so it may not be as hot as you think.<\/p>\n

During the dry season, on the other hand, Hawaii’s sunshine is so strong that it can be so hot that it hurts your skin!
\nThe minimum temperature is around 23 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is around 31 degrees Celsius.
\nWe recommend that you take adequate protection against ultraviolet rays.
\n(I underestimated it and am now regretting it as my spots are increasing…)<\/p>\n
