This long-standing, popular event isn’t just for competitive runners; it’s also loved by those who enjoy jogging or walking. It’s a family-friendly race that attracts participants of all ages, from kids to seniors. Many people participate with their families or even bring small children along to enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian scenery together while running.
If you’re planning to take part, I highly recommend taking care of your body after the race! Since the Great Aloha Run is an event that even those who don’t usually exercise can enjoy, it’s likely that many people only run or walk on this day of the year.😉 For those folks, a light jog or walk can still lead to aches and pains the next day if you aren’t careful!
