Q. Do I need to bring anything?
No, we will provide everything to enjoy your massage session.
Q. How many people can you accommodate at once?
Maximum 4 guests. Reservations are highly recommended for group reservations.
Q. Do you have couples massages?
Yes, we have massage rooms for couple’s massage. We recommend you make reservations in advance.
Q. Are all massages meant for both male and female?
Of course, all of our massages are gender free.
Q. Do you accept currencies other than USD?
No, we only accept USD.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
Q. Can I get a massage even if I’m pregnant?
Unfortunately, we are not accepting any guests that are pregnant.
Q. Can I get a massage right after eating?
Yes you are able to, but we do recommend waiting at least 30 minutes after you eat.
Q. Can we change menu selections on the day of?
You may make a change to your reservation depending on therapist availability. We would appreciate it if you could let us know by at least 2 days in advance.
Q. Do prices include gratuity?
The prices do not include Hawaii state tax (0.4712%) or gratuity. We ask you tip the therapists 15%-20% gratuity after your massage session.
Q. Are your therapists able to travel to the hotels?
Unfortunately, on-site massage services are currently unavailable due to COVID-19. Yes, our therapists accept on-site massage sessions at hotels/homes. Please make reservations in advance for this service.
Q. Are there cancellation fees?
Canceling within less than 24 hours of your reservation time will result in a fee of 50% of your reserved menu price. Please let us know at least 2 days prior of any changes or cancellations.
