It has been a little while, but the Honolulu Festival was held last weekend, March 8-10!
I’m sure everyone in Hawaii enjoyed the main event, the Nagaoka Fireworks.
I heard that many people booked hotels and took a staycation to see the fireworks,
It was an event that everyone in Hawaii was looking forward to.

I was able to see the event just in time to see the fireworks as they were about to be launched after my shift ended.
I was only able to watch from my condo room, so I’m posting some of the best photos and videos my friend took for me.
I thought I was used to seeing them since the Hilton usually has a fireworks show on Fridays, but the Japanese fireworks were something else!
